Yogita Dandekar-Borate is the founder and owner of Swarmegha Music Academy. She started learning music at a young age from Pt.Dinkar Kothari and Pt.Hemant Kothari. Later, she completed her B.A and M.A in music from Maharaja Sayajirao University Baroda. While pursuing M.A. in music, she also received a gold medal for her excellence in the vocal section. She further received musical training from Ranjana Dharwadkar ji (Baroda), Vidushi Shubhada Paradkar ji, Pt. Ratan Mohan Sharma ji, and for the past few years she has been learning from Vidushi Shalmali Joshi Ji & Vidushi Archana Kanhere ji.
